1. Return Policy

  • Eligibility: Items can be returned within 30 days of receipt if they are unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Sale items and custom-made products are not eligible for return.

2. Return Process

  • Initiate a Return: Contact our customer service team at support@hoodculture.com to request a return authorization.
  • Return Shipping: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

3. Refunds

  • Processing Time: Refunds will be processed to the original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

4. Exchanges

  • Process: If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please initiate a return and place a new order for the desired item.
